Background: AGS met with a realtor husband and wife team in Albuquerque, NM who were just getting started in real estate. AGS determined that for the first few weeks, a Customers Now strategy would be implemented; running a Facebook post engagement campaign to get people to comment, like, and share their post.
As seen in the photos, the post received many likes and comments.
The campaign generated 18 leads for the client, at over $6 a lead! They converted a few of those leads to people who bought or sold a home, making a sizable ROI!
AGS went on to providing branding for the realtors as well; posting multiple times a week from their page to continue to be seen in their city.
